Other proprietary trade marks and trade names may be featured on this website from time to time and remain the property of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited licence to download the materials contained on this website to a single personal computer, and to print a hard copy of the materials contained on this website, solely for personal, non-commercial use, and provided all copyright, trade mark and other proprietary notices are left intact. Any dispute under these terms shall referred to and settled by arbitration in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules. The place of the arbitration shall be your home country. The language of arbitration shall be English and the number of arbitrators shall be one. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. 

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

MISCELLANEOUS 

Any waiver of any provision of these terms must be in writing signed on behalf of The Sports Lab be valid. A waiver of any provision hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any other provision, or a continuing waiver of the same provision in the future. If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable for any reason then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the court's finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These terms represent the entire understanding and agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and supersede any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or written, and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by you and on behalf of The Sports Lab.

COMMERCIAL POLICY

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

- You have the right to cancel your booking at any time and a full refund will be given if cancelled before the first session. Further refunds will be offered at any time before the second lesson. This will be on a pro-rated basis. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
